Getting ready early this a.m. to go to NFHS AND CHECK OUT.

THANKS AGAIN FOR A GREAT YEAR--- The weight room will be open this summer 8 till 10 if you so desire. ( Don't switch sports on me for football)

I strongly suggest that you get in a free tennis summer program this summer to work on your fitness and skills-----Call Zina Garrison Camp--Memorial Park---Houston Tennis Association--etc-------

I start teaching for KISD June 14th. This will be my 15th year. It is a joy to do something a little different every summer and get paid for it. Swimming will be keeping me in shape for one more year at NFHS. I will retire in 2011---40th years--- it is time for the young folks to step it up and really get involved is players and the many opportunities that are out there for them.

I have been blessed. Have a SAFE Summer!

HUDSON--RUBEN HERNANDEZ---WAYNE BRYAN FAMILY------------------STUDENTS BRIEF WORDS FROM THEIR LETTERS TO THE WAYNE BRYAN FAMILY BROUGHT TEARS TO THE EYES OF FOLKS WHO HEARD THEIR HEART FELT EXPERIENCES WITH THIS OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL TENNIS FAMILY.

WE WERE THE TALK OF THE SCHOOL TODAY--------------NFHS HAD A OUTSTANDING NIGHT MONDAY NIGHT--WE SHINED.

May 17th::School Mangers Meeting:

Bob and Mike Tee shirts, jeans, tennis shoes and know your lines.

We will meet at tennis cts.--practice lines--eat pizza--visit---and get on the bus at 6 p.m.

Remember--be positive and the super players that you are-- so proud of all of you.

Going to Woodsboro Sun.-- 3 hrs each way--- Aunt's 99th Birthday-- my Mom's oldest sister---My Mom has been dead for nearly 5 years-- she wants me to go--I will go---Sean is driving and I am resting.

May 12th: Happy Birthday to my younger brother: Allen

TODAY IS A GREAT DAY. I took off to pick up son, Sean Dietrich , from airport-- we are going to help with his two cats while he goes to Florida and-------. Our last cat died about 8 months ago---- going to be a great adventure.

DON'T FORGET: WE ARE GOING TO READ A FEW LINES FROM OUR LETTERS TO THE WAYNE BRYAN FAMILY AT THE BOARD MEETING MONDAY-- MAY 17TH--also, honoring the great folks who give so much to our program-- it takes an village to be successful.

Coach Hrncir is checking out next May-- 40 years-- time to go in another direction--have the greatest memories and experiences to cherish-----enough to last a life time.

May 3rd-- Few stayed after--- I left at 4:00 p.m.

Mr & Mrs. Whiteside are putting 3 year old daughter in my swimming class at Klein Forest this summer-- Went to take him paperwork..MR. WHITESIDE IS THE ONLY PRINCIPAL IN OVER 10 YEARS THAT WENT WITH US TO WATCH BOB AND MIKE PLAY---EVER----THEY PLAYED AT WEST SIDE-- SO IMPRESSED THAT THIS MAN REALLY CARED. ALSO, COACH SMITH MADE IT A POINT TO MEET WAYNE BRYAN WHEN HE CAME TO SMILEY ABOUT 8 YEARS AGO-- I HAVE A GOOD MEMORY.

BLESSED TO HAVE GREAT COACHES IN MY LIFE-- COACH STEWARD--COACH NORMAN-- COACH SMITH---ETC.

IT TAKES AN ENTIRE VILLAGE.

April 28th: TAKS; WE ARE IN IT TO WIN IT!

You are on your on with Ruben Thursday and Friday. With a brace, my back was killing me all day -- and the stress of Taks did not help.

Maybe , I tried to go back to soon-- will rest up and try to be ready for Monday.

Coach Lang and I enjoyed meeting at Northshore Wed. at 6:00-- getting all the details for my last year-- fall and spring.

Hope to see you Monday.

Mr. Adams will take my place Thursday and Friday.

April 17th: Sat. Morning

I have been out three days due to a problem in the hall way.

Thanks to Coach Lang and Coach Ruben for helping out after school-- for the kids who want to stay. That's what I love about this crew--- they pull together.

I was changed the Helping Hands Awards--given out by School Board to May 17th---INSTEAD OF THE APRIL 19TH DAY---- I will just be trying to come back to school and have so very much to catch up on.

Turn in your tennis clothes Monday-- if you have not done so---

Also, see me about your sizes--if you are coming back--shoes and clothes---
Want to use the money from River Oaks for our needs now. NEXT YEAR WILL BE MY LAST AND BEST-- we will be decked out.
